These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gozyy.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by Gozyy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell customized products (including digital deliverables). Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Orders & contract formation

  • Product/service descriptions and prices may change.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders (subject to applicable law).
  • We may correct pricing or availability errors.

4. Custom work, revisions & approval

  • You are responsible for providing accurate instructions and source materials (e.g., photos) that you have the right to use.
  • We may offer a limited number of revisions for digital previews. Additional revisions may incur fees.
  • Once you approve the final preview (or we deliver the final digital file), the digital portion is considered fulfilled.

  • Delivery method: email and/or secure download link.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you can receive emails/download files (spam filters, storage limits, etc.).

6. Physical products

Colors and appearance may vary due to display settings and printing processes. Minor variation is not necessarily a defect.

7. Payments, taxes & chargebacks

  • Charges are processed in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction unless explicitly included at checkout.
  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days; however, this right may not apply to customized goods and may be lost for digital content once performance begins, as permitted by law.

  • You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., photos), but you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
  • You represent you have all necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

  • Illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Uploading content you do not have rights to use.
  • Content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content (excluding your content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
