Fabrication: Solid Colors are made from 100% cotton (preshrunk jersey knit); Ash Grey is 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester; Sport Grey is 90% cotton, 10% polyester; Heather Colors are 50% cotton, 50% polyester.

We offer free replacement for production defects or shipping damage reported within 14 days. Minor handmade traces and screen color difference are not eligible for replacement.
What materials are used and will there be color differences?
Our artwork is printed on premium canvas or art paper. Colors may have slight differences due to screen display variance. We use high-quality, fade-resistant inks for long-lasting results.
How many free revisions do I get?
We offer unlimited reasonable free revisions before draft confirmation to ensure customer satisfaction. Only final confirmed drafts will go into production.
Can I create artwork for pets and animals other than dogs and cats?
Absolutely. We support rabbits, horses, birds, hamsters, reptiles and nearly all other animals for custom design.
Can I make custom works of cartoon characters or other printable subjects?
Sure. We accept cartoon characters, human portraits and other printable subjects. Copyright authorization is needed for copyrighted content.
Can I get a refund for my custom order?
We offer unlimited reasonable revisions before final proof confirmation. Once you approve the final design for production, custom items cannot be returned or refunded due to personal preference. Refunds or remakes are only offered for damaged, defective goods or items inconsistent with your approved proof.
