These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of website gozyy.com (the “Site”), and constitute a legally‑binding agreement between you and ECOVERSE INNOVATIONS LIMITED (trading as Gozyy) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By browsing our site, creating an account or completing a purchase checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use this website.

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

  1. Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
  2. Contract formation: Your contract with us is only formed when we send you an order‑confirmation email acknowledging acceptance of your order. We will retain a copy of the contract (order details and these Terms) for our records. You may request a copy by contacting us.
  3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms.
  4. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  5. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

  • All product prices shown on the Site are subject‑to change without prior notice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure price accuracy; in the event of an obvious typographical pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order even after order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe and PayPal. Payment must be fully completed before we process your order.
  • International customers: Prices do not include destination‑country import duties, customs fees or local sales taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon arrival in your country.
  • You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for your order total including product price, shipping costs and any applicable fees.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Full details of processing times, shipping options and delivery estimates are set‑out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • Risk of loss and damage to goods transfers to you once goods are handed over to the carrier.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier, customs clearance or events outside our reasonable control do not entitle you to automatic order cancellation.
  • We will provide you with tracking information where available.

7. Returns, Refunds and EU Consumer Withdrawal Right

For consumers located within European Economic Area / United Kingdom:

  • You have a statutory 14‑day withdrawal (cooling‑off) period, starting from the day you receive the physical goods.
  • You may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within this period.
  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email to info@gozyy.com) before the withdrawal period expires.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
  • You may use the model withdrawal form (available upon request) but it is not mandatory.
  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on gozyy.com including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, source‑code is intellectual‑property owned or licensed by ECOVERSE INNOVATIONS LIMITED.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish our site‑content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.
  • User content: You may submit product reviews, comments or other content. By submitting such content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to publish, display, reproduce, and use your content on our website and marketing materials. Consumer protection notice: Nothing in this clause shall override mandatory local consumer‑protection legislation applicable to you as a consumer resident in EEA, United States, United Kingdom or other jurisdictions. Consumer‑mandatory rights under your local law shall remain fully enforceable.

Any dispute arising out‑of these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve via amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Zealand, provided that as a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, supplier failures, or internet disruptions. In such circumstances, we will notify you and our performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ECOVERSE INNOVATIONS LIMITED regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products, superseding any prior agreements.

17. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised version will be published on this page with updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified via website notice. Your continued use of the Site after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
