Clear, well-lit original photos with complete features are recommended. Avoid blurry, dark or blocked images. Multi-angle photos are preferred for 3D figurines.

Multiple characters and fully custom styles are available. Additional fees may apply for complex custom work.

Can I revise my design proof?

Free revisions are allowed before production. Please confirm your draft within 48 hours. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Do you offer rush order service?

Rush production is available at an extra cost. Please contact support before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We offer free replacement for production defects or shipping damage reported within 14 days. Minor handmade traces and screen color difference are not eligible for replacement.

Material & color of 3D figurines

Our 3D prints use high-quality PLA filament in solid, gradient and full-color options. Minor handcraft marks are normal and not considered defects.

How many free revisions do I get?

We offer unlimited reasonable free revisions before draft confirmation to ensure customer satisfaction. Only final confirmed drafts will go into production.

Can I create artwork for pets and animals other than dogs and cats?

Absolutely. We support rabbits, horses, birds, hamsters, reptiles and nearly all other animals for custom design.

Can I make custom works of cartoon characters or other printable subjects?
